                     I am back to school again. After spending 34 years in the corporate world and spending a decade plus in K -12 Education currently mentoring young children for Atal tinkering lab for creativity and innovation as a part my social engagement .It is really nice to interact with children to kindle their creativity and innovation .It is not only creating ideas but making the ideas to work is a real experience .If a student understood the challenge and they will come with many path breaking ideas. The curriculum is designed in a way that every student will go through different phases like beginner,self-leaner,tinkerer, discoverer and innovator.

                                  Every student is trained on critical thinking , Communication,Collaboration &Creativity.Building confidence,instil innovation knowledge and more action towards innovations are the core components of the methodology. Attitude and Mindset are very important and every students are trained to have Growth mindset over fixed mindset.                        

This is just start of a new beginning.....
